Polka Dot Shoes Shipping Policy

Polka Dot Shoes is happy to ship merchandise to you.  We ship USPS Priority Mail (with tracking/confirmation) and will accept Visa and Mastercard for payment.  Shipping charges and Florida Sales Tax (7.5%) will be added to the cost of the merchandise.  In order to ship we require the following:

  • Complete Name as it appears on your credit card
  • Billing address of credit card
  • Shipping address, if different from billing address
  • Credit card number, expiration date and security code (located on the back of the credit card)

Return Policy

Polka Dot Shoes will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged
  • All returns must be authorized by Polka Dot Shoes via Phone 850-562-7463 or email polkadotshoes@gmail.com
  • All returns must be authorized within 10 days of original ship date and received within 20 days of original ship date
  • If above conditions are met, credit will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
